For questions about using your Dashboard, reach out to our support team anytime.

Click on Login in the top right side of our website and sign in to the Client Area. You will be able to see all active and inactive accounts. 

You can’t change the account number and trading password; these are available to view in the account overview page. 

For security reasons, you can’t edit these details directly in your client Area. If you need to update your profile, please contact our support team. We’ll verify your identity before making any changes.

Yes. You can reset your password anytime—either via the Forgot Password link on the login page or by going to your Dashboard under Settings > Change Password.

If you can’t remember your login details, just click “Forgot Password” on the sign-in page. We’ll email you instructions to reset your credentials securely.

No—once you select your platform and broker, it is fixed for that Challenge.

Currently, we support MetaTrader 5 (MT5), but more platforms will be added soon.

In order to connect to MT5, you need to:

1.     Download MT5 from your Dashboard
2.     Open MT5 and click File > Login to Trade Account.
3.     Enter your credentials (login, password, server).
4.     Click OK—you’re ready to trade!
