How do I access my trading Dashboard?
Click on Login in the top right side of our website and sign in to the Client Area. You will be able to see all active and inactive accounts.
How can I change my trading challenge’s Username & password?
You can’t change the account number and trading password; these are available to view in the account overview page.
How can I update my profile information (name, email, phone number, address)?
For security reasons, you can’t edit these details directly in your client Area. If you need to update your profile, please contact our support team. We’ll verify your identity before making any changes.
Can I reset my password?
Yes. You can reset your password anytime—either via the Forgot Password link on the login page or by going to your Dashboard under Settings > Change Password.
